Here is a sweet little Kitty from Marrakech. We love the whispy whiskers and gold undertones in the kitten’s eyes. Don’t you just want to pick this kitten up and take it home with you? That’s it- I’m packing my bags and flying to Morocco!

@Kat, I think you have a misconception. I am Muslim and I have always been taught to respect and show kindness towards all living creatures, people, animal and plants, and cats in particular are considered very special for Muslims.

Um, that’s great to hear Shehla that your muslim, so am I. Most muslims regard animals as dirty and therefore don’t allow them inside the house, etc. I agree with Kat on the comment.

Well.. I am an Moroccan, and I actually live in Marrakech, and we all love animals here! There are a LOT of cats at the big markets, and we care a lot about them all! So, sorry Kat, you are terribly wrong, and you actually are narrow-minded.
I AM NOT narrow minded Khalid. The way dogs and cats are treated by the people in mainly Muslim countries is horrible. I have traveled in that part of the world and have seen this myself. Now I have relatives stationed in that part of the world in the American military. You may be some of the few who value companion animals such as dogs and cats, but that is rare.

This cat is beautiful and I am sure that is someone bothered to take a picture of it that it means that this cat in particular is cared for and loved…thats what I want to believe so that is what I will believe.

Why do people always have to make the “photoshopped” comments? They are so ridiculous.
When cats are newborns they all start out with the blue eyes and they slowly turn into whatever color they are going to be for the rest of their lives within a few weeks. The green around the pupil is the color the eyes will change into, no photoshop! Do a little research, jeez.
