Hello Critteristic friends! Just a few days ago we found a tiny gecko in our Washington, DC apartment. We have no idea where it came from. It is only about two inches long including its tail. It resembles the one in the video below; however, it doesn’t have stripes or dark markings on its back like this one. We think that we may have brought it home in our jade plant (perhaps as an egg)!
We built him a lovely little home and bought him a few flies. We haven’t been able to find out much information about the little guy. We asked about geckos at the pet store and were told that they aren’t native to the area.
Where do you think that he came from? What do baby geckos like to eat? We would appreciate any feedback that you might have. Thank you!
